Our company has never authorized any individual or enterprise to sell our products on e-commerce platforms. All products of Taukeholding group Sdn Bhd, including the Magic Silk brand, sold on e-commerce platforms are unauthorized and infringing sales. For such infringements, our company will pursue legal action against the relevant individuals in accordance with the law.We have also discovered some merchants forging authorization documents, illegally stamping company seals, and selling counterfeit products. We have reported these actions to the authorities and filed lawsuits with the local people's court.
Prior to this, the company had already informed all distributors of the relevant penalty system through an announcement, prohibiting them from participating in any form of low-price online sales activities, including setting up stores, participating in operations, providing products, etc. The company has launched extensive rectification efforts targeting non-compliant sales channels, merchants, and supplying distributors
1. Dealers directly involved in low-price sales on e-commerce platforms will be removed, and the responsible managers of poorly managed sales areas will be severely punished.
2. Currently, the company has completed the warning and removal actions for all stores on the e-commerce platform. For stores that are still selling, the company's legal department has filed infringement complaints with the e-commerce platform. The platform will take actions such as removing links, lowering credibility, deducting points, and even closing the stores.
3. The company has completed the evidence collection work against the infringing shops. For shops that repeatedly fail to correct their actions, we will file lawsuits for trademark infringement, patent infringement, copyright infringement, and more, demanding compensation for the company's economic and reputational losses.
We hereby reiterate that our company has never authorized any third-party platforms to sell the products of Toujia Holdings Group Co., Ltd. We strongly advise customers not to purchase our products from the aforementioned platforms. The official channels to purchase genuine products are through the websites of our authorized distributors.
There is a high risk of counterfeit products and unknown sanitary conditions associated with products sold online. Consuming such products may cause severe health issues. If you have already purchased products from unauthorized online platforms, we recommend you stop using them immediately.
Any consequences arising from the use of products purchased through unauthorized channels will be borne solely by the purchaser.
